Architecture added to the list of Shevchenko Prize nominations - Zelenskyy

Zelenskyy announced the inclusion of architecture in the Shevchenko Prize nominations. Previously, the list was expanded to include curatorship, photography, and design.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that architecture has been added to the list of nominations for the Shevchenko Prize. The head of state reported this on Telegram, UNN reports.
We are taking another step to strengthen our largest and most significant national prize in the field of culture and arts – the Shevchenko Prize. Last year, we added curatorship, photography, and design to the list of nominations. This year, we are adding architecture
According to the president, the Shevchenko Prize will now reflect a much broader creative potential of our people.
And most importantly – so that Ukrainians feel true respect for the prize and so that the Shevchenko Prize is a symbol of gratitude to everyone who develops Ukraine, Ukrainian culture, and our national identity. Separately, I want to acknowledge the members of the Shevchenko Committee. Thank you for your personal efforts in helping to strengthen the Ukrainian space of values – the space of our national culture. Glory to Ukraine!
