An Adidas spokesperson said in a statement that the investigation covers a five-year period starting in October 2019 and concerns Customs and tax regulations regarding products imported to Germany.
It is noted that Adidas has been communicating with customs authorities on this issue for several years and provides them with documents and information.
The company does not expect any significant financial consequences in connection with the investigation
