A “political expert” from Medvedchuk's media pool, YouTube channel administrator, and more: SBU detains 10 more enemy agitators

A group of people who worked to disrupt mobilization and justified Russian aggression were detained in four regions of Ukraine. The detainees face charges of high treason and obstructing the activities of the Armed Forces.
The Security Service of Ukraine has thwarted new attempts by Russian special services to undermine the socio-political situation in various regions of Ukraine. Among them is a "political expert" from Medvedchuk's media pool, UNN reports with reference to the SBU.

As a result of comprehensive measures in Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv and Vinnytsia regions, 10 enemy agitators were detained who were working to disrupt mobilization and justify Russia's armed aggression.
In Kyiv region:
A "political expert" who was a frequent guest on Viktor Medvedchuk's TV channels, where he regularly promoted Kremlin narratives, was detained.
The offender was a member of the FSB agent network coordinated by the editor-in-chief of the Politnavigator website, Serhiy Stepanov. At the beginning of the full-scale war, the SBU exposed this enemy cell. Two members of the Russian agent network were detained, and its resident, Stepanov, who is hiding in Crimea, was served with a notice of suspicion in absentia.
After February 24, 2022, their accomplice from the Kyiv region "went into hiding" and tried to hide from justice, using different places of residence in Ukraine.
In Vinnytsia:
exposed a 39-year-old administrator of several channels on YouTube and Telegram, who conducted online consultations on how to resist the lawful actions of the TCC. In addition, according to the materials of the proceedings, the defendant misappropriated funds that Ukrainian citizens donated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In Zhytomyr region:
three contributors to a local TV channel were detained, where they called for physical violence against representatives of military registration and enlistment offices.
The defendants also "leaked" the geolocation of patrols and mobile checkpoints of the Ukrainian military and law enforcement officers in the chat.
in Chernihiv Region:
the subversive activities of a 31-year-old Telegram channel administrator and four of his associates who disseminated data on the locations and routes of Ukrainian military personnel were blocked.

Based on the evidence obtained, all the defendants were served a notice of suspicion (in accordance with the crimes committed) under the following articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
▪️ part 1 of Article 111 (high treason);
▪️ Part 1, Article 161 (violation of equality of citizens based on their race, nationality, region, religious beliefs, disability and other grounds);
▪️ Part 1 of Art. 114-1 (obstruction of the lawful activities of the AFU and other military formations during a special period);
▪️ ch. 1, 2 Art. 190 (fraud).
The complex operation was conducted by SBU officers in Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr and Chernihiv regions under the procedural supervision of the Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia and Chernihiv Regional Prosecutor's Offices.
