According to the director of the State Employment Center, 80% of those registered are women, as men are fighting or not registering. In 2024, the center employed 330,000 Ukrainians.
Currently, 80% of those registered with the State Employment Center are women, men are either fighting or not registering. This was announced by the Director of the State Employment Center, Yulia Zhovtyak, during her speech at the "Business Wisdom Summit 2025", reports UNN.
Undoubtedly, there is a shortage of personnel in the country today, it is very difficult to find people, not all of them are registered with the employment service. Currently, 80% of those registered are women, men are either fighting or not registering. But we are trying to find new approaches and change the stereotype that we are an exchange that only pays unemployment benefits.
She noted that in 2024, the State Employment Center employed 330,000 Ukrainian citizens.
