Details
According to him, these people came to the shelter of the plant since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia.
According to Vitaliy Barabash, it was very difficult to persuade people to evacuate.
After the withdrawal, probably a month after all the coke workers were withdrawn, these people refused to evacuate the plant and stayed. At first there were 17 of them, then we persuaded three of them, and then two more. As of yesterday, there were 12 of them, now we managed to persuade them all, they were all taken out
According to him, they managed to evacuate 9 men and three women. They are currently in Pokrovsk and psychologists are working with them.
Barabash also said that police, volunteers and employees of the Avdiivka Coke Plant took part in the evacuation .
Addendum
Earlier, Barabash reported that Russian occupants are trying to surround Avdiivka and have a new goal - to take Avdiivka Coke Plant.
Enemy units have been attacking Avdiivka from Stepove and the coke plant almost around the clock, but they have been driven out of Stepove and have never managed to break through to the coke plant.
