1010 children evacuated in Donetsk region, 3723 more to go

As of August 8 , since the start of the mandatory evacuation in Donetsk region, 1,010 children from 756 families have been evacuated from the dangerous areas in three days .  As of today, 3,723 more children remain to be evacuated. This was reported by the National Police, according to UNN. 

Details 

Since August 5, the forced evacuation of the population from 28 of the most dangerous settlements in Donetsk Oblast has been underway. As of today, 3,723 children still need to be evacuated

It is noted that the evacuation was carried out both independently by families and with the help of working groups. 

To rescue the children, 20 evacuation teams are working every day, including White Angel crews, police paramedics, SES officers, patrol police, and representatives of military administrations.

The Coordination Center for Mandatory Evacuation has decided to expand the list of settlements in Donetsk regionfrom which families with children will be forcibly removed.
