Born in 1946 in New York City to a wealthy family of a contractor of German descent. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. In 2016, he was elected President of the United States. During his first term, he launched a trade war with China. He lost the 2020 presidential election but was re-elected in 2025. He launched a "tariff war" against China, the EU and other countries. He intensified diplomatic efforts to end Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine.
