Zelenskyy discusses defense needs and EU accession with Bulgarian PM

Zelenskyy discussed Ukraine's defense needs and EU accession with Bulgarian Prime Minister Denkov and invited Bulgaria to negotiate a peace formula. He thanked Denkov for supporting Ukraine in the European Parliament.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a conversation with Prime Minister of Bulgaria Nikolay Denkov. They discussed defense needs and Ukraine's accession to the EU. In addition, Zelenskyy invited Bulgaria to send a representative to the next round of negotiations on the Peace Formula, UNN reports.
While in Zaporizhzhia, Zelenskyy spoke with Bulgarian Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov and thanked him for his powerful speech in the European Parliament, as well as for his government's principled position in support of Ukraine.

Emphasized the importance of unity in supporting Ukraine's European integration, as well as multi-year assistance worth 50 billion euros
The head of state also invited Bulgaria to send a representative to the next round of negotiations on the Peace Formula, scheduled for early 2024.
