Costa, in turn, in a post about the meeting with Zelenskyy in Ankara, stated that "we are moving forward in the process of Ukraine's accession to the EU."
The opening of a new negotiation cluster should take place soon
The President of the European Council also stated that "the global momentum for achieving peace through strength is growing: increasing financial, energy, and military support for Ukraine, as well as increasing pressure on Russia to engage in meaningful peace negotiations."
