Ukrainian troops retake spoil heap in Horlivka, Ukrainian flag is now flying over the spoil tip, as announced by President Zelensky
The Ukrainian Defense Forces have recaptured one of the waste heaps within Horlivka, Donetsk region, and seized enemy positions. The Ukrainian flag is now flying over the spoil tip. This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on social media, UNN reports.
"Our heroes are the assault group of the 24th separate mechanized brigade named after King Danylo, the royal brigade. Despite the difficult conditions, they recaptured one of the spoil heaps within Horlivka and captured the enemy's positions. Now our flag of Ukraine flies over the waste heap. Horlivka is Ukraine! Donbas is Ukraine!" the President signed the video.
