In particular, according to him, there are almost no points that he and his brothers cannot cover
Every missile hits the target. In some directions, we are getting very close already. There is also a living person sitting there who also does not want to die
He noted that each combat sortie is preceded by careful preparation.
We constantly carry out flights for aerial reconnaissance of enemy objects and troops, we carry out flights for radio-electronic reconnaissance of the enemy. Then, when all this is summarized, we plan flights and our further actions to destroy the enemy's ground forces
He also said that the pilots are only the tip of the iceberg, which is his unit.
This is not only the flight crew - it is also the engineering and technical staff, it is the units that are engaged in continuous planning, even intelligence units. I am not sure that somewhere in other aviation units there are targeted information technology units that are present in our unit. We are constantly working to improve our level, we are constantly working to ensure that the information provided to us by partners is used only in our interests.
The Air Force added that on the day of recording this interview, the Russians "were happy that they hit a Ukrainian F-16."
"Of course, they didn't shoot anything down, but the danger was serious," the video caption reads.
