Umerov and Zaluzhnyi visit soldiers' positions in the eastern sector: discuss strengthening of fortifications

The Minister of Defense of Ukraine and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine visited the military in the eastern sector to discuss military needs and fortification measures. They also plan to increase the supply of weapons and purchase unmanned aerial vehicles.
Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Valeriy Zaluzhnyi visited the positions of soldiers in the Eastern sector. They discussed the needs of the Ukrainian military and the strengthening of fortifications along the entire contact line. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Ministry of Defense.

Defense Minister Rustem Umerov together with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine General Valeriy Zaluzhnyi visited the positions of soldiers in the Eastern direction and congratulated them on the Day of the Land Forces. The minister presented state awards to the soldiers
It is reported that the commander of the Khortytsia Joint Forces Operation, Colonel General Oleksandr Syrsky, briefed the Minister and the Commander-in-Chief on the situation in the Eastern sector.
They also discussed the key needs of Ukrainian soldiers, which are necessary for the effective destruction of the enemy. The Minister of Defense noted that in addition to front-line support and key needs of the army, the issues of training recruits and strengthening fortifications along the entire contact line were discussed during the trip
The Ministry of Defense and the General Staff are reportedly developing a joint action plan and assessing potential threats.

The commander of the Ukrainian Army, Oleksandr Syrskyi, reported that the operational situation in eastern Ukraine remains difficult. Russians do not stop conducting offensive actions along the entire front.
