The hot transportation season is already in full swing, which means that railway workers prioritize allocating wagons for servicemen and organized groups of children
The company receives about 500 applications for group trips every day, but due to the limited number of wagons, it cannot provide for everyone.
During peak periods, UZ receives about 500 (!) applications for group transportation every day. This means that, given the limited rolling stock, Ukrzaliznytsia can currently satisfy about 50% of such applications
To avoid rejections of applications, the company recommends planning trips in advance.
To increase your chances of having a wagon allocated for your group — send your application in advance. This can be done 35 days before the trip date, but no later than 10 days before the train's departure
All group orders for 10 or more people are accepted exclusively online through a special form on the company's official service.

Ukrzaliznytsia launched an online service for group transportation in 2022, but during peak periods, especially in summer, the number of applications consistently exceeds the capabilities of the available fleet. The system allows tracking the status of a submitted application and interacting with the operator in case of clarifications.
