Today, in the landmark PGL Major Copenhagen final in Denmark, the Ukrainian esports team NAVI CS2 has won the grand final against FaZe Clan with a score of 2:1.
NAVI's victorious run began with their debut, when they defeated The Mongolz on the Mirage map. After that, they continued their winning streak, defeating G2 and other opponents.
In the semifinals, NAVI faced G2, where, after a tense battle, they won and secured a place in the final.
In the final confrontation, NAVI managed to outplay FaZe Clan, winning two of the three maps, and became the tournament champions.
This tournament was the first major event for NAVI after signing a contract with three European CS2 players. They not only proved their strength but also won the top prize of $500,000.
The next challenge for NAVI will be the ESL Pro League S19, which will take place from April 23 to May 12 in Malta.
