Ukrainian security forces shoot down a Russian cruise missile with a machine gun during a nighttime rocket attack on Kyiv.
During Russia's massive attack on Kyiv, a mobile firing group of the Land Forces destroyed one of the enemy's cruise missiles on the approach to Kyiv with a machine gun. This was reported by the commander of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavlyuk, and published a video of the work of the fire group, UNN reports.
During a nighttime missile attack on the approach to the capital, a mobile fire team of the Land Forces destroyed an enemy cruise missile with fire from a Browning M2 machine gun
He pointed out that this was not the first cruise missile shot down by this unit.
Air defense forces destroyed 31 missiles during the night attack - two ballistic and 29 cruise missiles.
