The Ministry of Defense has returned thousands of pieces of equipment to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including 1,500 weapons, vehicles, repair equipment and communications equipment, as part of resource optimization.
The Ministry of Defense has returned thousands of pieces of equipment to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) as part of resource optimization. This was reported by the Ministry on Saturday, July 6, UNN reports.
Details
In particular, the Department of Alienation and Utilization of Surplus Military Property organized the return of 1,500 weapons and military equipment, as well as more than 2,000 items of military and technical property.
This includes vehicles (MT-LBs, fuel tankers, trucks, tank repair shops, tank tractors, BREMs, etc.), repair equipment, communications equipment, and other necessary elements.
"The return of surplus property to service will allow us to optimize costs and quickly provide the troops with the necessary resources," said Deputy Defense Minister Yuriy Dzhyhyr.
