Ukraine received a new version of the mineral agreement from the USA - Zelensky

Ukraine today received a new version of the mineral agreement from the United States, which differs from the previous document. Ukraine does not plan to recognize military assistance from the United States as a debt under the agreement. This was stated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a briefing, reports UNN.

I would like to note that the official Ukrainian side, namely the Cabinet of Ministers, namely my Office, today officially received a version or proposal from the United States by note. This is important. Not sometime, but today. Second, some time ago this agreement... this agreement, we need to compare whether it is the same agreement, or something else... our Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko received it in a bilateral contact with Mr. Besent. She received this document. I asked her some questions, she said: "It's very difficult to comment, it's a completely different document." There's a lot in there that wasn't discussed, and some things have appeared that the parties had already rejected 

He noted that Ukraine wants to receive a concrete review of the agreement at the highest level.

I will accept the agreement that our side officially received. The format has been changed. Let's study this format and talk. We have the Constitution of Ukraine, which clearly and understandably states who owns what. (...) If the issue of debts... I don't know, but if this issue is raised there, we will not accept debts. We are talking about the past. If there are any prospects, new support, new support packages, then the United States can probably set conditions, understanding that this team will not do anything for free. They say it officially

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that there was no final version of the agreement on mineral resources from the United States yet. The United States is constantly changing the terms of the agreement.
