"Every Russian missile launched at Ukraine carries a message that extends far beyond our borders. It aims to convince the world that violence can replace law, fear is stronger than solidarity, and brutality remains unpunished," the minister wrote.

He called on "the presidency of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Council members to support Ukraine's request."
"Delay or a weak response cannot stop terror. Only decisive, principled, and timely actions can do that. The international community must unite to deter the aggressor and continue to promote a comprehensive, just, and lasting peace in accordance with the UN Charter," the minister emphasized.
