He recalled that the US sent a plane to evacuate Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, yet four years later, Moscow is "stuck on the front line," "losing 30,000 men per month killed and wounded," while Kyiv has revolutionized the theater of military operations with drones and "given the world a lesson."

He added that the war "will end — as I have been saying for four years — when Russia stops bombing Ukraine for at least 24 or 48 hours, which it has not stopped doing for a single day" since 2022.
