The President of the European Commission congratulated Ukraine on the opening of the first cluster of negotiations on EU accession. She hopes to open more clusters during the summer.
President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen congratulated Ukraine on the opening of the first negotiation cluster for accession to the European Union and expressed hope for further progress in the coming months. She stated this before the meeting of the European Council, reports UNN.
According to the head of the European Commission, the opening of the first cluster was the result of significant efforts by Ukraine on the path of reforms.
