Traffic violations and aggressive behavior: Patrol officers commented on the incident with Aliyev

In Kyiv on Saturday, April 12, the police stopped the famous ex-football player of Dynamo, Oleksandr Aliyev. He committed a traffic violation and swore at the patrolmen. This is reported by the Patrol Police of Kyiv, writes UNN.

Details

While patrolling on Chokolivsky Boulevard, inspectors stopped a Mercedes car driver for violating traffic rules.

It is noted that while communicating with patrolmen, the driver and passenger used obscene language and behaved aggressively. They did not react to the legitimate demand of the police to stop illegal actions.

In addition, law enforcement officers found obvious signs of alcohol intoxication in the driver. The man categorically refused to undergo an examination for intoxication in accordance with the established procedure and, together with the passenger, continued to violate public order.

We informed them that they would be detained and taken to the police station to draw up the relevant administrative materials. In order to obstruct the actions of the police, the passenger climbed onto the official car

– the report says.

We detained both citizens and took them to the police station.

The patrolmen drew up the following for the driver:

  • detention protocol;
    • protocol under Part 1 of Art. 130 (Driving
      • vehicle while intoxicated);
        • protocol under Part 1 of Art. 173 (Petty hooliganism);
          • issued a resolution under Part 3 of Art. 122 (Movement in a lane of public transport) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

            We drew up the following for the passenger:

            • detention protocol;
              • protocol under Part 1 of Art. 173 (Petty hooliganism);
                • issued a resolution under the resolution under Part 1 of Art. 178 (Appearance in public places while intoxicated);
                  • resolution under Art. 183 (Knowingly false call to special services) of the Code of Administrative Offenses, since the city dweller called an ambulance, and when the medics arrived at the scene, she said that she did not need their help.

                    In the future, the court will make a decision on the case.

                    We will remind

                    As UNN previously wrote, Telegram channels in the capital reported that law enforcement officers in Kyiv detained former Dynamo Kyiv football player Oleksandr Aliyev while driving a Mercedes-Benz car, who was allegedly intoxicated. The football player himself reacted emotionally to the news posted in public, noting that he was not drunk and had already "resolved everything" with the police
