"Touched body parts" - a Kyiv resident reported sexual violence on the Odesa-Kyiv train

A Kyiv resident told the police that an unknown man touched her in the open-plan carriage of the Odesa-Kyiv train. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under the article on sexual violence.
A Kyiv resident contacted the police and stated that an unknown man committed sexual violence in a second-class carriage of the Odesa-Kyiv train, reports UNN.

Today, a local resident contacted the Kyiv police and reported that during a trip in a second-class carriage of the Odesa-Kyiv train, an unknown man touched parts of her body.
Based on the Kyiv resident's statement, investigators of the Darnytsia Police Department have initiated criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – sexual violence (committing any violent acts of a sexual nature not involving penetration of another person's body, without the voluntary consent of the victim)
Currently, police are establishing all the circumstances and interviewing witnesses to the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
