The President of Ukraine held a conversation with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, thanking him for the historic decision to host the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine. They also discussed the consequences of Russian strikes and cooperation in air defense.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky held a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Netherlands Rob Jetten, during which the Ukrainian leader thanked for the Netherlands' decision to host a full-fledged Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine. The Prosecutor's Office and the Security Service of Ukraine have notified in absentia of suspicion against Russian Colonel General Sergei Kuzovlev - former commander of the Southern Military District of the Russian Federation. He is accused of the strike on Kramatorsk in Donetsk region in June 2023.
The penalty provides for imprisonment from ten to fifteen years or life imprisonment.
