The court began its session by considering the prosecution's motion to impose a preventive measure on the organizer of an event featuring an arms exhibition in the Kyiv region, reports a UNN correspondent.

Shortly after the start, the court went into recess.
"The prosecutor's office, taking into account all existing risks, insists on custody without the possibility of bail," the Prosecutor General's Office stated.

The main organizer of the event, where 10 people were killed by a Russian ballistic missile strike, and which was organized by one of the arms associations without any coordination with the military command, military administrations, or authorized bodies, has been detained. He has been notified of suspicion, and a separate legal assessment will be given to the actions or inaction of all responsible officials.
The Russian ballistic missile strike on the Kyiv region claimed the lives of 10 people, with reports of about a hundred injured.
According to the investigation, one of the arms associations, without any coordination with the military command, regional and district military administrations, as well as other authorized bodies, organized a large-scale event involving military personnel, representatives of state bodies, international partners, and businesses. The program included, among other things, a demonstration of air defense systems. More than 300 people were invited to the open location. The nearest shelter, with an area of only 34 square meters, was located approximately 100 meters from the event venue.
