Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Administration, discussed with local youth key issues such as barrier-free access, psychological support for IDP children, and internships for young people in government agencies. The participants agreed to engage young people in the process of creating change.
The head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper, met with the youth of Odesa region. He told about it on his tg-channel, UNN reports.
We met with the youth of Odesa region: excellent students, activists, Olympiad winners, athletes. They were still children, but adults asked questions. We discussed a number of important topics of concern to young people, including the state of dormitories, barrier-free access and inclusion, state support for athletes, intercultural exchange, psychological support for IDP children, and internships for young people in government agencies

In addition, Kiper and the youth of the region agreed to establish a contact group and the Odesa Regional Youth Center. The center should become a platform for engaging young people in change-making processes, according to the head of the OYA. Kiper summarized that he was pleasantly surprised by the level of awareness of our young people.
"My office is always open to young people with ideas that can improve Odesa region," he summarized.
