Ternopil shrouded in smoke after massive Russian attack – mayor reiterates call to close windows

Due to a drone attack, smoke has filled the center of Ternopil and firefighting efforts are ongoing. Residents are urged to close their windows and stay indoors.

Smoke is observed in the central part of Ternopil following a Russian drone attack; residents have been urged to close their windows. This was reported by the Mayor of Ternopil, Serhiy Nadal, according to UNN.
The elimination of the consequences of the strike and the extinguishing of fires are ongoing. In this regard, smoke is observed in the area of the Old Park and the central part of the city
The Mayor of Ternopil urged residents of these areas to immediately close windows and doors and to limit their time outdoors.
As a reminder
Russia launched over 50 drones at Ternopil today; about 20 exploded, there are hits on industrial and infrastructure facilities, and 10 casualties have been reported.
