Syrskyi coordinated further actions with "Azov", Air Assault Forces, and Unmanned Systems Forces on the front line in Donetsk region

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, following a trip to units on the front line in the Donetsk region, where he coordinated further actions, stated that the enemy is constantly trying to improve its tactical position and break through defenses, but despite superiority in manpower and equipment, it is suffering significant losses, UNN reports.

Another trip to military command bodies and military units performing tasks as part of the defensive operation in the Donetsk region. (...) The enemy tries daily to improve its tactical position and does not abandon attempts to break through our defenses. Despite the advantage in manpower and equipment, the enemy suffers significant losses

According to him, at the 1st Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Azov," he heard a report from Brigadier General Denys Prokopenko and commanders of military units. "We coordinated further actions and interaction in the designated sectors of responsibility. I defined priority tasks and issued the necessary orders to resolve problematic issues," the Commander-in-Chief indicated.

Syrskyi presented honorary badges of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine—the "Cross of the Brave," the "Cross of Military Honor," the "Golden Cross," and "For Conscientious Service"—to servicemen who demonstrated courage and distinguished themselves during combat missions.

"I also worked in the 7th Rapid Response Corps of the Air Assault Forces and the 9th Army Corps. We discussed the situation in the areas of responsibility with the commanders, changes in the nature of the Russian occupation forces' actions, and ways to strengthen the capabilities of our units," Syrskyi reported.

Separately, according to Syrskyi, he held a meeting in the Unmanned Systems Forces grouping with commander Major Robert Brovdi.

"Combat experience confirms once again: in current conditions, it is possible to effectively counter the enemy only through a combination of active defense, preemptive decisions, and striking the enemy at operational-tactical depth using Middle Strike assets," the Commander-in-Chief emphasized.

"It is important that our warriors act in close cooperation, quickly adapt to changes in the situation, and reduce the time from decision-making to its implementation on the battlefield. I thank every defender for their resilience, professionalism, and dedication to Ukraine. The struggle continues. Glory to Ukraine!" Syrskyi stressed.
