Starting today, Ukrainians will begin to receive "National Cashback" for February

Over 4.46 million citizens will receive payments for purchases. The program provides for a return of 5% to 15% of the value of goods, depending on the product category.
More than 4.46 million Ukrainians will start receiving payments from the National Cashback for purchases made in February 2026 starting today. This was reported in Diia, writes UNN.
National cashback is already on its way to you. Starting today, over 4.46 million Ukrainians will begin to receive payments for purchases made in February 2026.
From March 1, the program operates under updated conditions:
- 15% - for categories with a high share of imports;
- 5% - for categories where Ukrainian goods have strong positions.
You can check the cashback amount for a specific product through Diia: Services → National Cashback → Barcode scanner in the lower right corner.

From March 20, cashback also applies to fuel.
Almost 190 gas station networks have already joined the program, and over 1.3 million Ukrainians have used the fuel cashback. And to make it even easier for you to control everything, we have updated the main screen of the service in Diia — now it's even more convenient to track accruals.
The received funds can be spent on utility services, medicines, Ukrainian products and books, or donated to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
