He also noted that one Russian missile flew over the airspace of Moldova and Romania, "reminding us that Russia is not only a threat to Ukraine.

Moldovan President Maia Sandu said that a Russian missile violated Moldovan airspace on Christmas Day. 

In turn, the Romanian Ministry of National Defense commented on the Russian missile's flight, stating that "the crossing of Romanian airspace was not confirmed."
