A Russian Iskander-K missile strike landed between two residential high-rises in Sumy region, damaging 5 buildings and the facade of a large shopping center. The strike smashed more than 500 windows and set 10 cars on fire, 15 of which were damaged. This was reported by the head of the Sumy MVA Oleksiy Drozdenko during a telethon, UNN reports.

According to him, 10 cars caught fire immediately after the hit, and there are currently 15 damaged cars.
"The operational headquarters has been working there since the morning and within an hour we deployed the liquidation headquarters in the shelter to accept applications for restoration. More than 150 apartments have already submitted such applications - we expect that we will be accepting people for at least two days," he said.
