Russian occupiers dropped propaganda leaflets from a UAV in Sumy, "laundering" money in the process. This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Andriy Kovalenko, as reported by UNN.

Details

One such leaflet depicts: US President Donald Trump sending his troops against Iran, while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy cries. The leaflet is signed with the words "Aid to Ukraine is a thing of the past."

The occupiers, in this way, hint that "no one will help Ukraine with anything." At the same time, such leaflets have no effect on the population, Kovalenko says.

The Russian propaganda leaflets dropped from UAVs in Sumy are a clear "money laundering" scheme by Russian psy-ops units. They have no effect, are perceived more as a stupid joke, but someone among the Russians still made money on the printing.

 - stated the head of the CPD in his post.

Recall

Russian occupiers dropped fake Ukrainian banknotes over Sumy and Chernihiv regions using drones. The authorities urged not to touch the findings and immediately report to the police or the State Emergency Service, as the "money" may contain provocative inscriptions and QR codes leading to enemy information resources.
