In Balakliia, a church with an area of 1,300 square meters burned down due to a UAV strike. Additionally, the death of a woman and injuries to four civilians were recorded in the region.

As a result of a strike by an attack UAV, a fire broke out in the building covering an area of 1,300 square meters, as indicated.
"Fortunately, there were no people in the church at the moment of the strike," the State Emergency Service noted.
Operational units of the State Emergency Service and the community's rescue officer worked at the scene under the threat of repeated shelling.

According to data from the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, earlier on Saturday, around 11:35 AM, the Russian armed forces struck Balakliia, preliminary reports suggest, with two "Geran" type loitering munitions. One hit was recorded near a sports complex, the other near an apartment building. As a result of the attack, vehicles and the glazing of surrounding buildings were damaged.
Three people sought medical assistance, the prosecutor's office reported.
Even earlier today, around 06:00 AM, a Russian drone of an unidentified type attacked a VAZ car traveling on the Derhachi - Kozacha Lopan highway between the villages of Nova Kozacha and Tsupivka.
As a result of the hit, an 86-year-old female passenger of the car was killed. The driver — her son — was injured and hospitalized, the prosecutor's office indicated.
