Suspicion of of high treason and participation in a criminal organization was served to a current MP who was engaged in information and subversive activities in favor of Russia. His his parliamentary colleague, who is now deprived of his mandate, was also notified of of suspicion. In addition, a former prosecutor and two current employees of the main department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (more known as the GRU).

By the decision of the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv imposed on the current MP a preventive measure in the form of detention without bail.

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
