Russian troops attacked settlements in Semenivka and Horodnya communities of Chernihiv region with artillery, mortars and UAVs over the past day, 50 explosions were recorded, the Northern Regional Office of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported on Friday, UNN reports.

"The Russian army attacked four settlements in two border communities of Chernihiv region during the day: Semenivska and Horodnyanska. the Russians used cannon artillery, mortars and dropped explosives from UAVs," the regional office of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported on Facebook and listed the locations:
- Semenivka community: 1 explosion (arrival, possibly a UAV explosive device) and 6 more explosions (arrivals, possibly from cannon artillery) in the direction of Karpovychi; 3 explosions (arrivals, possibly from 120-mm mortar) in the direction of Leonivka; 32 explosions (arrivals, possibly from 120-mm mortar) in the direction of Bleshnya.
- Horodnyanska community: 8 explosions (arrivals, probably from a 120-mm mortar) in the direction of Senkivka.
There is no information on deaths or injuries among the local population as a result of the shelling.
