In the Central district of Kherson, a man was killed and another person was injured this morning as a result of a Russian strike on a civilian car. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, as reported by UNN.

According to him, a 56-year-old resident of Kherson sustained fatal injuries.
