- the statement said.

It is reported that during the discussion of the prospects for further military confrontation, the Kremlin's so-called experts concluded that the Ukrainian command had switched to positional defense in order to

-        Strengthening of defense lines;

-        strengthening the air defense system;

-        ammunition accumulation;

"According to Muscovites, such a scenario would make it impossible to further seize Ukraine by force. Therefore, Kremlin analysts have emphasized the inadmissibility of any cessation of hostilities, Ukraine's retention of access to the Black Sea and the presence of a "pro-Western regime" in Kyiv," the report said.

 The intelligence service reported that at the Moscow meeting, there were also calls to launch another powerful information and psychological campaign against Ukraine's top military and political leadership, using the theme of "the next presidential election."

 "The purpose of the campaign is to undermine the legitimacy of the President of Ukraine and the leadership of our country among countries that are allegedly allies and partners of Russia, and - if possible - among Ukrainian citizens," the intelligence service informs.
