In 2024, Russia “nationalized” at least 1,200 properties in occupied Crimea. Most of the seized property is resort complexes and commercial real estate owned by Ukrainian businessmen.

The Russian Federation continues to take away the real estate of Ukrainian and other businessmen in the occupied Crimea. In particular, at least 1200 objects have been "nationalized" in 2024. This was reported by the Center of National Resistance, UNN reports.

At least 1,200 properties have been "nationalized" this year alone in the temporarily annexed Crimea,

Gauleiter Serhiy Aksyonov noted that all the property belonged to Ukrainian businessmen or those who were allegedly not friendly to Russia. Therefore, the largest assets have already become the property of the Russian Federation or have been sold to new owners. In most cases, these are resort complexes and commercial real estate.
