Russia continued to attack port and transport infrastructure in Odesa region, a fire broke out in a nature reserve, reported on Friday the head of Odesa OVA Oleh Kiper in Telegram, writes UNN.
Tonight, Russian terrorists again massively attacked peaceful Odesa region with attack drones. Port, transport and residential infrastructure facilities were damaged. Fires broke out at several locations, including on the territory of the Danube Biosphere Reserve, which have already been extinguished by rescuers.
The Ministry of Development added:
In Izmail, a UAV hit the port area. Administrative and production buildings, railway infrastructure facilities were damaged, fires broke out, which were promptly extinguished by rescuers.
As the head of the OVA clarified, administrative buildings, equipment and containers were damaged, and at least 6 private residential buildings were affected.
"Attacks on the region's port infrastructure have been ongoing for several days in a row. Despite this, the ports continue to operate and ensure global food security," the Ministry of Development noted.
"Fortunately, there are no dead or injured," Kiper said.
As reported by the State Emergency Service in the region, where they showed the consequences of the Russian attack, all fires were promptly extinguished by rescuers.
