It is noted that a test with a Drager device for alcohol content in the driver showed 2.31 ppm. The man was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 2 of Article 286 (Violation of the rules of road safety or operation of transport by persons driving vehicles) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
