Due to the approaching Easter holidays, the number of passengers and vehicles on the border with Poland has increased significantly, resulting in queues at popular border crossing points such as Krakivets and Shehyni, so travelers should plan their trips accordingly and consider using less busy border crossing points.

The State Border Guard Service has warned Ukrainians that due to the approaching Easter holidays, passenger traffic on the border with Poland has increased, so travelers should take this into account when planning their trips, UNN reports.

As the Easter holidays approach, the flow of people and vehicles on the border with Poland is increasing. In the last few days alone, passenger traffic in both directions has increased by 8 thousand.

The SBGS noted that travelers most often choose the Krakivets and Shehyni checkpoints to cross the border by car and bus. Because of this, there is an accumulation of vehicles at these checkpoints.

In addition, border guards periodically record queues to enter Ukraine. It is noted that the lowest traffic dynamics is observed at Smilnytsia, Hrushev, Rava-Ruska and Uhryniv. Border guards urge travelers to choose the checkpoints with the least queues to reduce waiting time in queues.
