Russian dictator Vladimir Putin announced an Easter truce with Ukraine, which will last from April 11 to the end of April 12, reports UNN with reference to the Kremlin's website.
By the decision of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, in connection with the approaching Orthodox holiday of Easter, a truce is declared from 16:00 on April 11 until the end of the day on April 12, 2026.
It is reported that the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation and the Chief of the General Staff have been instructed to cease hostilities in all directions during this period.
Troops must be ready to stop possible provocations from the enemy, as well as any aggressive actions. We assume that the Ukrainian side will follow the example of the Russian Federation
