On March 29, emergency power outages were introduced in Dnipropetrovs'k, Zaporizhzhia, and Kirovohrad regions due to a lack of generating capacity caused by Russia's massive attack on Ukrainian power plants at night. There are also restrictions in Kharkiv region.
