A police officer killed two colleagues and wounded eight others during a shooting at a police station in Adiyaman, Turkey.
A policeman opened fire at a police station in the Turkish city of Adiyaman. Two police officers were killed, Interior Minister Ali Erlikaya said. According to Halk TV, eight law enforcement officers were wounded, UNN reports.

The shooting took place at approximately 20:15 local time. An on-duty police officer fired his personal weapon at the head of the precinct and an inspector of the Public Security Department.
They were hospitalized with serious injuries and could not be saved. The alleged attacker was neutralized and detained, Erlikaya reported on social network X. A judicial and administrative investigation is underway.
Halk TV reported eight wounded without citing a source. It is unclear whether this number includes police officers who died in hospital.
