Poland continues to support Ukraine in sports and youth spheres

Poland and Ukraine have agreed to strengthen cooperation in the field of sports, including decentralization, combating discrimination, doping, supporting athletes and restoring sports infrastructure, and to jointly counteract the participation of representatives of aggressor countries in international sports.
Poland and Ukraine are strengthening cooperation in the field of sports and youth initiatives. This is reported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, UNN reports.

The head of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, Matviy Bidnyi, met with the Minister of Sport and Tourism of Poland, Slawomir Nitras and his deputy, Ireneusz Rac, as well as with the heads of departments of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism of Poland.
The parties agreed to work together on projects aimed at increasing the accessibility and attractiveness of sports for citizens of both countries.
The key areas of cooperation include decentralization in sports, elimination of discrimination, anti-doping, support for athletes, and restoration of sports infrastructure.
Poland and Ukraine are also united in the position that representatives of aggressor countries have no place in international sports.
