MP of Ukraine, member of the Committee on Energy and Housing and Communal Services, Maksym Viktorovych Yefimov has written a letter of resignation from his parliamentary seat, UNN reports.
Since the first day of the great war, the team of the Kramatorsk City Council has been organizing the life of the community 24/7. In cooperation with the regional authorities and thousands of citizens, we have built a key frontline hub of the country. It has become a refuge for tens of thousands of civilian IDPs. It is a hub that meets the needs of our military. Currently, the team is fully involved in preserving the industrial and economic potential of the city. In particular, by relocating facilities and arranging for new jobs for our specialists - the most valuable asset of the Ukrainian Victory. These efforts leave no time for anything else. This includes parliamentary activities. It requires a lot of effort in a time of war. Frankly speaking, there is a lack of them, and they are not always effective. I have never been involved in imitations. I do not accept conventions and am always focused on results. That is why I am announcing my resignation as a member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
