Partners agree that everyone will rebuild Ukraine - Zelenskyy

President Zelenskyy said that all of Ukraine's international partners agree to participate in Ukraine's post-war reconstruction, which is estimated to cost about $700 billion, although the final amount cannot be determined until the war is over.
In principle, all of Ukraine's international partners agree that everyone will be involved in rebuilding Ukraine after the war. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a meeting with students of Chernivtsi universities, a UNN correspondent reports.
"As for Ukraine, first of all, it is a big recovery plan. We have a modern war, it is different. Therefore, we will not have a Marshall Plan, but we will have our own plan. Nevertheless, the main principles are probably very close. In any case, it is recovery. New energy, new technologies and a new economy, and new security challenges. In any case, all the details that we see are being discussed with our partners, first of all with the EU countries, because one of the safeguards is that Ukraine will be a member of the EU. We have one common market, the same values..." Zelensky said.
According to him, there is a plan to restore Ukraine after the war.
"So there is a plan, there is a lot of money there, if we are talking about money for the restoration of Ukraine. The calculations are different, but so far it is about $700 billion, but we do not know the real amounts because we have not ended the war. In principle, all partners agree that everyone will restore Ukraine... That is, the partners are ready to allocate such amounts to Ukraine," Zelensky said.
