The Verkhovna Rada has supported a bill on the possibility of transferring one of the parents to remote work if the child is studying online. The law applies to parents of children under 14 years of age and provides for both remote and home-based work formats.

The Verkhovna Rada has adopted as a basis a draft law that provides for the possibility of transferring an employee to remote or home-based work if his child is studying at school remotely. About it writes UNN with reference to people's deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak and the card of the Bill No. 10164-1.

"No. 10164-1-improving the regulation of home and remote work. As a basis (226)," Zheleznyak said.
According to the draft law, it provides for the possibility of transferring one of the parents of a child (under 14 years of age) who is studying in institutions of general secondary education remotely, not only to distance, but also to home-based work (for the duration of such training).
