Ombudsman Lubinets declared over UAH 1.2 million in salary for 2024

Dmytro Lubinets declared UAH 1,220,969 in salary, a house in Volnovakha, land, a Renault Trafic car and significant savings in dollars and hryvnias for 2024. Income from the sale of property is also indicated.
The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets submitted an electronic declaration, in which he stated that in 2024 he received UAH 1,220,969 in salary. The relevant data is posted in the official's electronic declaration, UNN reports.

Last year, Lubinets received UAH 1,220,969 in salary from the Secretariat of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights and UAH 25,160 from Mariupol State University. The declaration also states UAH 1,100,000 in income from the sale of movable property.
According to the declaration, the Ukrainian Ombudsman owns a residential building in Volnovakha (Donetsk region) with an area of 64.5 m², purchased in 2009 for UAH 19,024. As well as a garage in Volnovakha, purchased in 2006 for UAH 1,000. In addition, Lubinets's declaration includes a non-residential building with an area of 1,396.5 m² in Volnovakha.
Lubinets also owns several land plots in Volnovakha:
- with an area of 888 m²;
- with an area of 20,000 m², purchased for UAH 43,757;
- with an area of 920 m²;
- with an area of 2,504 m² (joint ownership, 50%), acquired for UAH 41,126.
The declaration states that Lubinets owns a 2016 Renault Trafic car, purchased in 2018 for UAH 250,510.
The Ombudsman declared cash savings of $90,476 and UAH 100,000, as well as funds in bank accounts — $70,712 and UAH 79,448.
