Occupiers attacked UAF positions 61 times since the beginning of the day - General Staff

Since the beginning of the day, 61 combat engagements have been recorded. The highest enemy activity is observed in the Huliaipole and Pokrovsk directions.

Since the beginning of the day, Russian troops have carried out 61 offensive actions in various sectors of the front. The enemy is most active in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole directions. This was reported by the General Staff of the AFU, according to UNN.

According to the military, the Russian army continues to launch air and artillery strikes on the border regions of Ukraine. Settlements in the Sumy and Chernihiv regions came under fire, and the enemy launched an airstrike on Pavlivka in the Sumy region.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 15 enemy attacks. Fighting continued near Vasylivka, Hryshyne, Rodynske, Shevchenko, Novopidhorodne, Kotlyne, Udachne, and Novopavlivka.
The most intense hostilities were recorded in the Huliaipole direction, where the occupiers carried out 21 attacks. As of 4:00 PM, five clashes were still ongoing. The enemy attempted to advance in the areas of Rybne, Dobropillia, Vozdvizhivka, Olenokostiantynivka, Huliaipilske, Ternuvate, Zaliznychne, Verkhnia Tersa, and Charivne.
In the Lyman direction, the adversary attacked Ukrainian positions six times; two clashes remain ongoing. In the Kostiantynivka direction, Russian troops carried out four assaults, one of which is still in progress.
Combat clashes also took place in the Pivdenno-Slobozhanskyi, Kupiansk, Sloviansk, Oleksandrivsk, Orikhiv, and Prydniprovskyi directions.
No enemy offensive actions were recorded in the Kramatorsk direction.
The General Staff emphasized that the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to restrain the Russian troops' offensive and inflict losses on the enemy.
