Kyiv • UNN
For the first time, the enemy attacked a solar power plant in Dnipropetrovs'k region and damaged a large energy facility in Kharkiv region, which led to power cuts in both regions.
Yesterday, April 3, the enemy attacked a solar power plant for the first time. This was announced during a briefing by Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, Chairman of the Board of NPC Ukrenergo, UNN reports.
"The enemy targeted a solar power plant yesterday. It seems to be in Dnipropetrovs'k region. This is the first case, at least in my memory, of a targeted attack on a renewable energy facility," said Kudrytskyi.
He noted that the enemy understands the importance of solar power plants generating electricity, so it strikes at them.
Recall
